These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ANSZWERS website, services, products, digital content and related services.

By accessing our website or purchasing, subscribing to or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines and fees applicable to a particular project will be based on the quotation, proposal, invoice, package description, agreement or written communication accepted by the client.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to purchase or use our services.

If you are engaging our services on behalf of a company, organization or business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Before starting a project, ANSZWERS may provide the client with a quotation, proposal, scope of work, package details or service agreement.

The agreed scope may include:

Services to be provided
Deliverables
Project timeline
Fees
Payment schedule
Number of revisions
Client responsibilities
Support period
Third-party services or expenses, if applicable

Only the services specifically included in the agreed scope are covered by the quoted fee.

Any additional work, features, revisions or requirements outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

PROJECT COMMENCEMENT

A project may commence after:

Acceptance of the proposal or quotation;
Payment of the agreed advance or initial payment; and
Receipt of the required information, content, credentials and materials from the client.

ANSZWERS may postpone commencement if the required information, payment or approvals are not received.

PAYMENTS

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed quotation, invoice, proposal or payment schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Advance payments are required before project commencement.
Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed milestones.
Recurring services must be paid within the agreed billing period.
Taxes, government charges, domain charges, hosting charges, advertising spend and third-party charges may be billed separately where applicable.

ANSZWERS reserves the right to suspend work or services when payments are overdue.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because many of our services involve time, resources, creative work, development work and third-party expenses, payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the specific service, project stage and written agreement between ANSZWERS and the client.

Domain registration, hosting, advertising expenditure, third-party software, plugins, subscriptions, licenses and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated.

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, ANSZWERS may charge for work already completed and expenses already incurred.

Any refund approved by ANSZWERS will be processed according to the applicable agreement and payment terms.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Website development services may include design, development, responsive optimization, CMS implementation, basic SEO configuration, security configuration and other features specifically mentioned in the agreed scope.

Project timelines depend on:

Project complexity
Number of pages
Features and integrations
Client approvals
Content availability
Third-party services
Technical requirements

ANSZWERS generally targets project completion within the agreed timeline; however, delays caused by the client, third-party providers, technical dependencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend the timeline.

CLIENT CONTENT & MATERIALS

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful:

Images
Videos
Logos
Product information
Business information
Contact information
Documents
Login credentials
Other required materials

The client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licenses to use materials supplied to ANSZWERS.

ANSZWERS shall not be responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

DOMAIN & HOSTING

Where domain registration or hosting is included in a package, the applicable terms and renewal conditions may depend on the third-party domain registrar or hosting provider.

Domain and hosting availability is subject to third-party providers.

ANSZWERS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting, domain or infrastructure services.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, domain and hosting renewal charges are the client’s responsibility.

Failure to renew third-party services on time may result in website downtime, domain suspension or loss of domain/hosting services.

SEO SERVICES

SEO services are intended to improve search visibility, website performance and organic traffic.

However, ANSZWERS does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales volume or revenue outcome, because search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions and other external factors are outside our control.

SEO results may take time and can vary significantly between industries, locations, websites and keywords.

GOOGLE MAPS / GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE SERVICES

ANSZWERS may provide Google Maps / Google Business Profile optimization and management services.

These services may include:

Profile optimization
Category recommendations
Business information optimization
Services and products optimization
Posts
Photo updates
Review management guidance
Local SEO recommendations
Performance analysis
Profile maintenance

Google independently controls Google Business Profile policies, rankings, verification, suspension and search algorithms.

Therefore, ANSZWERS does not guarantee:

A specific Google Maps ranking
Permanent ranking position
Verification approval
Suspension removal
Review removal
A specific number of calls
A specific number of leads
A specific number of customers

Any attempt to manipulate reviews, rankings or business information must comply with applicable Google policies.

DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING

Digital marketing services may include social media marketing, content creation, campaign management, advertising support, lead-generation activities and related services.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or other advertising networks are separate from ANSZWERS service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

ANSZWERS cannot guarantee:

A specific number of leads
Sales
Revenue
Advertising return on investment
Cost per lead
Advertising approval
Account approval
Ad delivery
Platform availability

Advertising platforms may reject, restrict, suspend or modify campaigns according to their own policies.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Where social media management is included, the number of posts, creatives, videos, platforms, revisions and other deliverables will be based on the agreed package.

Social media performance depends on various factors including audience behavior, platform algorithms, content quality, competition, advertising budget and market conditions.

ANSZWERS does not guarantee specific follower numbers, engagement levels, reach, leads or sales.

CONTENT & CREATIVE SERVICES

Content, graphic designs, videos, posters, captions, advertisements and other creative materials will be prepared according to the agreed scope.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication where approval is required.

Once content has been approved by the client, ANSZWERS will not be responsible for errors that were reasonably identifiable during the approval process.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged separately.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Where AI-assisted tools are used for content, design, images, video, research or other services, the output may require human review, editing and client approval.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain inaccuracies or similarities to existing materials.

ANSZWERS will make reasonable efforts to review deliverables but does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is completely error-free, unique or free from third-party claims.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information.
Provide required materials on time.
Provide necessary approvals promptly.
Maintain access to required accounts.
Make payments on time.
Ensure supplied content is lawful.
Obtain necessary licenses and permissions.
Cooperate with the ANSZWERS team.
Inform ANSZWERS of material changes affecting the project.

Delays caused by failure to provide information, approvals or access may affect the project timeline.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may depend on third-party platforms, tools or providers, including but not limited to:

Google
Google Business Profile
Google Search
Meta
Facebook
Instagram
YouTube
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
Plugins
Themes
APIs
Software platforms

ANSZWERS is not responsible for changes, downtime, suspension, pricing changes, policy changes, technical failures or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ANSZWERS retains ownership of its:

Proprietary methods
Internal processes
Templates
Frameworks
Strategies
Software
Code libraries
Tools
Workflows
Pre-existing materials

Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the client, subject to any third-party licenses and the terms of the applicable agreement.

Third-party fonts, plugins, themes, stock images, software, APIs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

PORTFOLIO & MARKETING RIGHTS

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, ANSZWERS may display completed work, screenshots, website links, logos or project descriptions in its portfolio, website, presentations and marketing materials.

Confidential projects may be excluded from portfolio use where confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

CONFIDENTIALITY

ANSZWERS will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared by clients for the purpose of providing services.

The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that:

Is publicly available;
Was already lawfully known;
Becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms;
Is independently developed; or
Must be disclosed under applicable law or by lawful authority.

DATA & PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through our website or during service delivery may be processed for purposes including:

Responding to enquiries;
Providing services;
Processing payments;
Communicating with clients;
Providing support;
Managing projects;
Improving our services.

Our handling of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

ANSZWERS will provide services with reasonable professional care and skill.

However, except where expressly stated in writing, our services are provided without guarantees regarding specific business outcomes.

We do not guarantee:

Specific revenue;
Specific sales;
Specific lead volume;
Specific website traffic;
Specific social media growth;
Specific advertising results;
Continuous availability of third-party platforms;
Permanent search engine positions.

Business results depend on numerous factors beyond ANSZWERS’ control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANSZWERS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ANSZWERS’ liability shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law and, where legally permissible, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

WEBSITE SECURITY

ANSZWERS takes reasonable measures to provide secure websites and services.

However, no website, server, software, hosting environment or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access credentials provided to them.

The client should immediately notify ANSZWERS if they suspect unauthorized access to their website or account.

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

ANSZWERS may suspend or terminate services if:

Payments remain overdue;
The client breaches these Terms;
The client requests unlawful activities;
The client provides misleading or fraudulent information;
The client engages in abusive or threatening behavior;
Continued service would create legal, security or reputational risk.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for outstanding amounts for services already provided and expenses already incurred.

FORCE MAJEURE

ANSZWERS shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Internet or infrastructure failures
Cyberattacks
Platform outages
Server failures
Strikes
War
Civil disturbances
Epidemics or pandemics
Changes in third-party platform policies
Other events beyond reasonable control

PROHIBITED USE

Clients shall not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activities.

Clients shall not request ANSZWERS to create, publish or promote content that violates applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, platform policies or the rights of others.

ANSZWERS reserves the right to refuse such requests.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

ANSZWERS may modify, improve, discontinue or introduce services, packages, features or pricing from time to time.

Changes to an existing project will generally be governed by the terms agreed for that project unless otherwise mutually agreed.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any agreed dispute-resolution mechanism, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.

Where appropriate, the parties may mutually agree to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where legally appropriate.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, package details and other written terms agreed between ANSZWERS and the client, constitute the agreement governing the relevant services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written project agreement, the specific project agreement will prevail for that project to the extent of the conflict.
